Every tournament depends on two things going right at the same time: the rules being enforced correctly, and the day being run smoothly.
This platform exists because two people who had spent years handling both sides of that equation decided the tools available were not good enough.
Munazza Shaheen
Chief Referee & Level Three Rules Official
Munazza Shaheen is Pakistan's first woman to qualify as a Level Three Rules Official, and the country's first Lady Chief Referee. Her path started when she was told there was no female rules official in Pakistan, only one man. She picked up the rulebook and changed that.
She went on to officiate the PGF International Ladies Amateur Golf Championship as Chief Referee, holding firm on two disqualifications without hesitation. In 2023, she became the first Pakistani woman to referee at an international championship, the Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship at Royal Melbourne Golf Club, an assignment that put her on the path toward officiating at The Open and the Masters.

Shahid Anwar
Tournament Operations & Scoring Veteran
Shahid Anwar's education in tournament golf came from the other side of the ropes. Weekends spent running scoring tables, troubleshooting tee sheets, and keeping club championships, charity outings, and multi-round league events moving without a hitch.
He has seen exactly where tournaments break down: a shotgun start that goes sideways, a volunteer unsure where to be, a leaderboard update that lags behind the actual play. The parts spectators never notice, but that decide whether an event feels professional or chaotic.
